The Head of Livestock is responsible for the daily management and long-term development of the company’s poultry (broilers and layers) and pig operations, with potential oversight of additional livestock in the future. As a Customer Care & Sales Specialist, you will be our voice to our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining excellent relationships with both B2C and B2B customers, closing sales, ensuring smooth ordering processes, and building lasting relationships that fuel our growth. We want to be known for providing outstanding customer experiences, so this role combines customer support with proactive sales coordination, with a focus on repeat business and long-term relationships rather than short-term transactions.

Duration: 3 months (stipend provided, opportunity for permanent employment after completion) 

The Extension Assistant internship provides hands-on experience in agricultural extension and customer support, bridging the gap between farmers and the company’s sales team. Working alongside an Extension Officer, the intern will support record keeping, reporting, sales (conversion of leads into customers), and communication with farmers.

The Sales Officer Internship offers practical experience in sales administration, customer support, and logistics coordination within a dynamic agri-business. Working with the Customer Care & Sales team, the intern will gain exposure to both B2C and B2B sales processes, supporting the smooth delivery of premium farm products to customers.
